Driven by the vision of growth and hence diversifying into Real Estate , Anika has invested into Chirag Associates which is a new reality venture.

Chirag Associates is focussed on construction and leasing of commercial spaces. As part of this plan, the first project was a mid sized commercial building of 50,000 square feet area located in Delhi’s industrial hub Okhla. This space was rented to Airtel and then to Moser Baer.

After the success of this project, Chirag Associates is now expanding its real estate base to capture more and more of the business rental and leasing space.
